Rsync Backup between two ReadyNAS - is overwrite required on first backup?

    Thanks StephenB , saw this option but "never" didn't make intuitive sense. Never backup all the data? I guess what they meant is, Never = Incremental only. Duh. With this simple change, Pictures completed in a few minutes. Thanks!

There is.  Go into the options page, and set "Schedule full backup" to "never"
