upgraded to windows 10 and my SC101T no loner works

ReadyNAS can not accept those disks, and AFAIK there are no other products from any manufacturer that are compatible with this technology.
You could try enabling the SMB1 client on your Windows 10 system, and see if that helps. But if your Windows 2003 system is still in service, I suggest that you copy off the files to external storage and then look for a different solution.
