Note his explanation assumes OS 6. If you are running the usual 4.2.x firmware on your Pro-6, the details would be a bit different.

Yeah, I forget that they called it "XRAID2" in OS4.2.x. That would be way different, OS4.2.x uses LVM and the EXT files system in place of BTRFS. Steps would be nearly the same, but specific commands would be different. And I've never done it nor intend to try.
