BlackBerry 10 ReadyNas Remote App?

is there or will there be an app for accessing readynas remote from a Blackberry 10 device? If not an app is there a way to access remote shares on a readynas with a BlackBerry 10 device?

i like the way Box does it. It integrates with the BlackBerry 10 file manager to give you almost seamless access to yout files. Would be nice if a readynas remote app workd similarly.

  • Blackberry Link paired with a Z10 or Q10 running OS version 10.1 or greater should allow you to add a shared folder that allows the PC running BB Link to act as a conduit for remote file access through the internet. This wouldn't be as nice as Box but would get you there. Downsides include requiring the PC to be on and connected to the internet, requiring device software 10.1 (not officially released for the Z10 on all carriers) and it's not 'sync' it's 'remote access and copy'.

Oh, and I can't get it to work. :/
  • Yeah that crossed my mind. I don't have 10.1 yet but once I get the update I will try that! I rather not leave my computer on but it is better than nothing for now.
  • OK, look fr the App "PlayCloud' in BB App store. The free version is read only paid version ($1.99) fully functional.

This App is AWESOME. Allows access to Box, DropBox, Google Drive, SkyDrive, SugarSync, FTP/SFTP, OpenDataSpace and WebDAV!
