downloading torrent to nas at work. controll it at home?

i got the online bittorrent to work :) am so happy,hehe.
i works great , the manager on the nas works a bit slow and laggy. maybe bacause om my slow internett at home.
a little of topic question:
if i take out the hardrive of the nas, will it delete all the dowloads if i put it back in again ??
