Can't remember exactly where the startup script is, for the sake of the example let's assume it is /etc/init.d/dropbox.
You just have to create a symbolic link in the /etc/rc2.d folder (you'll need root priviledges) :
The service will now restart automatically with your readynas. You can also start it manually if you don't want to restart the readynas at this time :
Also, please note that you will no longer see the little icons on your dropbox files (up-to-date or syncing), since the filesystem won't be a local filesystem on your computer(s).
