The problem seems to be that the Dropbox daemon is unable to create one or more of it's needed directories. My suggestion would be to clean out all Dropbox related files and directories by first uninstalling the Dropbox add-on and then manually check for either "Dropbox" or ".dropbox*" directories in /c and /c/home/<userdirs> manually and remove the remaining ones there. Next check for space on the /tmp drive and if everything looks fine try another install of the add-on. If that fails again, leave as is and check the dropbox_errorXXXX file again. If it still reports the same error, I'd be interested in an ls -al of "/c", "/tmp" and "/c/home".
