I'm a bit confused about the actual meaning of the error message Dropbox is logging. Together with the problem when displaying available add-ons I'm led to believe that instead of a file system problem we're dealing with a network connectivity problem here. So as mdgm suggested it would be helpful if you could run some connectivity tests from the SSH command line on the ReadyNAS like
and similar commands with other targets.
