How to automate HDParm tweak?

creeate a simple script called for example poussin.sh
copy it in /etc
then edit /etc/frontview/addons/addons.conf
and add
then edit /etc/default/services and add
copy it in /etc
then edit /etc/frontview/addons/addons.conf
and add
HDPARM!!HDPARM!!1.0!!/etc/poussin.sh!!!!Other
then edit /etc/default/services and add
HDPARM=1
HDPARM_SUPPORT=1
