How to re-seed torrent

same question, I move to NAS The simpsons and I have right torrent file, so I upload it. There was running hash control few hours (80GB) but It want start it from the start again :-(.
names of files are same as torrent need, transmission can not make any reseed of all of my torrents, why ?
