Lost installation CD

You had a 1.5GB error log for the http/s service that filled up the 2GB root volume. Btw there is newer firmware available than what you are running. The latest firmware is 4.1.15.

You don't need a CD. RAIDar is available for download online.
Can you provide a screenshot of what you see?
Which firmware is it running?

My problem is the Frontview, the dialog Interface.

Have you tried clearing your web browser cache?

Hi,
Yes we have cleared the cache.
Many times.
In Chrome as well as in Explorater11 for Windows7.
We have tried the reset (without suppressing Data)
Everything would be good if I ould be able to communicate with the Front View
An idea?
