I would love if some one could make a mkclean tool for readynas ultra

Should I get my hopes up?
I would really love to be able to run a script on my download folder.
so that all new files would be run by this command
mkvmerge -o test.mkv --engage no_cue_duration,no_cue_relative_position broken_file.mkv
