MySQL starting problem - error code: 22002010000

Firmware - 6.4.2
MySQL was working perfectly up until last week. After a reboot I get the same error message as the OP. "Application failed initialize, code: 22002010000"
I have tried uninstalling and reinstaling. Rebooted multiple times including after uninstall and then after the reinstall but am gettting nowhere.
Is there a solutions for this?
