Will it work with poussins - php for the duo? Is there an easy way switching to a newer php but erasing the system ?Thanks, KW

OwnCloud requires PHP >= 5.3 (http://owncloud.org/support/requirements/) so no super-poussin's PHP add-on won't work as it's too old.To update to the newer PHP I believe you simply install the ReadyNASXtras PHP add-on twice (without removing it, install it over the top of itself).

I am curious how many users here have tried owncloud for readynas and why their experience has been.I have a Duo v1. with the rsnapshot and twonky add ons. I would like to use owncloud to replace how my family accesses shared files. Instead of using cifs and AFP et al, I would like to make extensive use of syncing for documents, photos maybe some other file types. How reliable has owncloud 4.0x (4.07 for duo v1) for readynas been for people with respect to syncing files between the nas and windows and macs?I read in an own cloud forum their maybe some bugs in 4.0 related to file syncing.

Hello.

This might bee a real noob question. But i just installed owncloud 7.0.4 on my Readynas Ultra 4. RAIDiator 4.2.27.
I was just wondering where the data is stored on my nas? If i click the "edit config.php" in the owncloud window in frontview - add-ons - installed, I can se: "datadirectory -> /Usr/share/owncloud/data.
But i cant find any "owncloud shares" created in shares list or folders when i access the nas from windows explorer. Where can i find the storage location for the owncloud?
