Pre-compiled Sparc version of SAMBA 4.1.17-1 link no longer works
Does anybody have a copy of the pre-compiled Sparc version of SAMBA 4.1.17-1? The link provided inthis post no longer works. I have a ReadyNas Duo v1 (2110).

Thanks to macOS 27 refusing to use AFP for Time Machine Backups, I'm also looking for the same file, can you point me in the right direction, please?

Check your PMs (envelope icon in the upper right of the forum).

In case anyone else is on the same road as me:
Installing the SAMBA 4.1.17-1 software onto my Duo v1 went smoothly and connecting to it from macOS 27 Golden Gate established a SMB3.0 connection. This allowed me to upload and download files using Finder.
Unfortunately, it did not satisfy the 'Time Machine over SMB' specification of macOS 27. This seems to need the SAMBA vfs_fruit module:
https://www.samba.org/samba/docs/current/man-html/vfs_fruit.8.html
which requires Samba version 4.6.0 or later.
So, after 16 years of 24/7 service I think it's finally time for my Duo to retire :-(
