Problem with Transmission bittorrent client

I got the same problem as this guy in this http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=39648 thread. I have tried everything that is suggested in that, but nothing works. I got an Readynas Ultra 4.

  • Make sure that, if you've got an incomplete-file-dir, that you've got write permissions in that directory as well
  • I think it got write and read permissions. I were in the settings under the web gui, under shares->share listing, and added the map "Incomplete" and gave it all permissions and tried, same message again. Can it have something with the path, that says "/c/Bittorent" ?
  • Yes, you have to make a share names Bittorrent. The path will then be /c/Bittorrent. Make sure you've got all the capital letters right.

If you make separate folders inside that share for downloaded and incomplete, make sure you get all the permissions right on those as well by using the method i suggest here.
  • Now it seems like it works, the file I am trying to download is in the incomplete map now :D

Thanks alot for the help :)
