qBittorrent on ReadyNAS 102 desperately needs updating

Hi,

I have a ReadyNAS 102 and I'm trying to use RSS feeds with qBittorrent. The version that came with my NAS is very old (1.0.3!!!) and does not provide the ability to use RSS feeds.

What I have is very basic and I can manually add torrents but all I want is an update to the qBittorrent app that I can click to ibnstall, like the one that came with my NAS.

I've searched a lot and found a variety of convoluted suggestions on how to do workarounds which I don't want.

I would like to be able to add a RSS feed like the latest version does, i.e. via File and add RSS feed.

I would greatly appreciate a solution to this.

Thanks very much.

    Hello,

The reason is that the RSS function is not available on qBittorrent Web UI, on any version as of today.

I don't know for the other clients. Try to take a loot at Deluge, Transmission or uTorrent.

Thanks very much for the reply, I stumbled on it in a google search because I had no notification of a reply sent me, even though I checked the email me box.

I've been trying to find the community dropbox for a while and you're the first to give me the link. :-)

It says it's v3.3.0 Alpha in the About under Help but there's still no RSS option on my qBittorrent???

It looks exactly the same as it did before, I don't know if it works fine on ther people's RN10200???
