Ready NAS Remote just stopped showing my files

I have been using ReadyNAS Remote for years on my Android phone and an iPad - now it logs on, or so it seems, but I shows me nothing - no directory structure, no files - it just stopped working. I have reinstalled software/apps on both devices - NOTHING!

By the way my ReadyNAS is working fine and I can access all my data on the network at home but the new ReadyCloud software simply will not recognize the device - Raidar finds it just fine, I can log on to the NAS just fine but ReadyCloud says there is no device. I think the product is rubbish and help is hard to get from Netgear.

        Hello mpandjsmith,

You have the legacy ReadyNAS Duov1 unit and this is not compatible with ReadyCloud. ReadyCloud is for ReadyNAS OS6 units only.

Try reconfiguring your ReadyNAS Remote in the FrontView. Also, please make sure the ReadyNAS is getting on the Internet.
