ReadyNAS DUO Bit Torrent Poor download with new connection

Encryption, DHT & PEX were enabled already. I have tried using several different versions of Transmission and I get the same error with all of them. I have now reinstalled v2.31 and I have tried several different torrents incase it could be the tracker problem as mentioned above and I out of 9 different torrents I got the same error ("Tracker returned an error: Connection Failed") although one of them did show this error but then started to download at around 600kb/s got to around 2% and then stopped and has not started again.
