Thanks in advance.

What version of firmware is on your Duo v2 ? - calja03AspirantIt's 5.3.6 I think. The NAS is actually at a customer site and I'm back at the office.
- HERBIEOAspirantIn 5.3.6 ReadyNAS Remote as been incorporated into the firmware, go to system > settings tab you will see remote access.
Edit: they need to update the manual to show remote in no longer an addon and is part of the 5.3.6 firmware. - calja03AspirantThanks. I'll let you know how I get on.

What a shame the documentation isn't up to date. It's my first time using a ReadyNAS and it was almost my last.
Once again, thanks for the information.
Cheers,
Jim - wifiukAspirantthe problem is the readynas v2 is ARM and there are not many addons for it
