What version of firmware is on your Duo v2 ?

It's 5.3.6 I think. The NAS is actually at a customer site and I'm back at the office.

In 5.3.6 ReadyNAS Remote as been incorporated into the firmware, go to system > settings tab you will see remote access.
Edit: they need to update the manual to show remote in no longer an addon and is part of the 5.3.6 firmware.

the problem is the readynas v2 is ARM and there are not many addons for it
