ReadyNAS Remote Duo V2 installation

It should install fine. After attempting to get the add-on what do you see under Health > Logs after say 15 minutes?
If you have email alerts configured do you get an email about successful add-on installation?
If you clear your web browser cache (e.g. Temporary Internet Files in Internet Explorer or Safari > Empty Cache in Safari) close your web browser then reopen the dashboard and click configure do you see Remote under Add-ons > Installed?
