ReadyNAS Remote Duo V2 installation
I recently purchased a ReadyNAS Duo v2 and when I go to the add on tab to install readynas remote and click "get" a message comes up saying installation in progress, please wait for confirmation. I ...

are you able to confirm then, that I cannot access my DuoV2 from my iPad? I have the Remote Access installed, and I have been able to find the device on my iPad, however I consistently receive the error, "Please check that your FTP service on your ReadyNAS is running" etc etc
The remote application walkthrough does not appear to have been prepared in the format of the new version of the ReadyNas v2 software, which does not have any "ftp" settings (that I can find)
