ReadyNAS Remote Duo V2 installation

I recently purchased a ReadyNAS Duo v2 and when I go to the add on tab to install readynas remote and click "get" a message comes up saying installation in progress, please wait for confirmation. I have waited over a day and it still says this. I have also done a factory reset and the message is still coming up. Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide to solve this problem.

    Beta lengths can vary. Could be anything from a few weeks or so, to up to about 6 months. Most likely somewhere around a few months give or take a few weeks usually, I think. It does depend a bit on how big a firmware update is. This one appears to be a pretty big one.

  • Wow, that's fantastic, exactly what I was after. Thanks!!! By the way, our Duo v2 makes lots of little clunky noises and the drives occasionally can be heard inside while it is not being used. The activity light also flashes occasionally. Is this normal?
