Replicate can't see volumes in devices #26347858

Hi,

 

Both my devices have been added to replicate but when trying to select backup data or backup system, i can't see volumes in either devices. I had a replicate job setup and it started failing back in 1/8/16, i removed from replicate and tried to add back to setup the job again. I tried upgrading readynas firmware and removing add-on but still having issues. Any suggestions?

    Hello kennywan,

     

    Please let us know the model number of the NAS units and their current FW version. If you can post a screenshot, please do.

     

    Did you also try another web browser? Are the 2 NAS units in the same network?

      I have two ReadyNas 2100, one local and the other at our DR site. I upgraded both firmware to 4.2.28, replicate version 1.20.

       

      I was using IE. I used Firefox and now can create the jobs and see the volumes. After I setup a system and back data job, i am getting the following error:
