I changed the login password on my ReadyNas by going directly to the IP address. I can login to the ReadyNas via and everything is fine. However, the ReadyNas it is not showing up in my Windows 11 File Explorer and I can't access the ReadyNas using file explorer. How can I get ReadyNas back on file explorer?

Try entering \\nas-ip-address in the file explorer address bar. Use the real IP address of course - and be careful to use the correct slash character. // will just open your browser.

Windows normally uses a discovery process for this, but that doesn't always work. One complication if you have DLNA enabled is that clicking on a DLNA icon will not open file explorer.
You can use "add a network location" in File Explorer. Or you can just create desktop shortcuts from \\nas-ip-address, and use those.
