SABNzbd - Specifying a LAN port

I have a similar issue, but I think the hassle of having two sets of phone lines would cost you more than you'd gain, especially with BT's installation charges and line rental. Would it not be easier to limit SABnzbd+ download speed? SABnzbd+ will utilize all the available bandwidth if you don't limit it, slowing down regular browsing, so in my case I set a download limit of 500KBps (Max rate for me is about 700-750KBps) which still allows me to do regular browsing.
The setting in SABnzbd+ is: Config -> General -> Download Speed Limit.
