[Super-Poussin] Sabnzbd request

Within the init.d the locations for python and sabnzbd are as follows:-
/usr/local/bin/python2.5 /usr/local/src/SABnzbd/SABnzbd.py -d -f /etc/SABnzbd/sabnzbd.ini
But when I look at the directory structure for my nas, there is no SABznd directory in the /usr/local/src/ folder?
Plus there is no /etc/SABnzbd/sabnzbd.ini (in fact there is no SABnzbd folder in /etc at all)
So although I can manualy run the program using /usr/local/bin/python2.5 /root/src/SABnzbd-0.4.6/SABnzbd.py .... there is no ini file for SABnzb to use for settings... So when I try to resolve to the URL //192.168.0.32:8080/sabnzbd it does not work.
When I went through the install process, I first use WinSCP to connect to the nas as Root, then via this open a connection via Putty (again logging in as root) before running throught the install... Could there be a permissions issue here?
