Transmission 2.22 and proxy
I recently tried updating to Transmission 2.22 and found my proxy server no longer worked. Specifically, transmission downloads would function, but my local IP was being passed along.
I tried multiple proxy addresses, updated to the latest beta, but the proxy server would not work.
Reverting to 2.11 allowed the proxy service to function again. Has anyone else experienced this with 2.22?

- Just curious if this was ever a "known" issue and if it may have been resolved in the more recent releases (I am still running 2.11).
