No, Transmission is run as the user "nobody" from the group "nogroup". You will have to set the permissions for that user. You are using a share called "Torrent_Media". The easiest way to get Transmission working properly with that is to go to the share listing in Frontview and go to the Advanced Options tab in the settings window of the share. There you can type in the owner and group of the share folder. This should be "nobody" (without "") for the owner and "nogroup" (without "") for the group. Select the box in front of the line saying "Set ownership and permission for existing files and folders in this share......." and press the apply button.
