Transmission problem with OS 6
Hello
I have a strange problem when I use transmission with my ReadyNAS 104.
When I try to download a file I always receice the message "Error permission denied".
I already checked all the permission related to the folder Transmission and everything is enable
Why I receive this message?

- RXLuminaryDo you have the latest version of Transmission App from http://apps.readynas.com/pages/?page_id=9 ?
Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall the Transmission App?
Have you tried using other browsers like Firefox or Safari? - atai1AspirantThanks for the answer.
I tryed all what you have suggested but nothing, always the same error message.
When I start transmission the system asking me for user and password and I enter admin/admin, is it correct?
The strange thing is that it was working before then I have deleted the volume to insert a new hard disk without RAID so now I have 2 disks (one 1TB and one 3TB), after this the trasmission application did not work anymore; any suggestion? - RN_DanAspirantHave you tried using one of the Transmission Remote apps, available for Windows and Android, possibly Apple iOS too
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredDid you give the new volume the same name as the old one or a different one?
- atai1AspirantDifferent one.
The old was video, now I have Video1 and Video2 - atai1Aspirant

I tryed with the Android app but I don't know how to set up the account.
When I try to connect I receive the message "Unauthorized connection" - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredYou probably need to stop Transmission and edit the Transmission configuration file to point to the share on the new volume rather than the old deleted one.
- atai1AspirantDo you know where I can find the configuration file and the file name to edit?
- PigletLuminaryThe settings are stored in /data/Transmission/config/settings.json
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee Retiredwhere 'data' (no quotes) is the volume name. Obviously if your volume name is different you need to use your volume name.
