Transmission without User and Password
Hello,
I am trying to reconfigure transmission to not ask for a user and password anymore on the webgui.
I am editing the file settings.json under /data/Transmission/config. This config directory seems to be the one read by the start scripts. However, after I edit the file and start Transmission, the file gets overwirtten (new timestamp) and the changes I made are reverted. I cannot find any other settings.json or config.json anywhere. What am I doing wrong? What is overwriting my file?

- first you must stop Transmission before editing settings.json.
to disable rpc authentication please modify 2 lines
"rpc-authentication-required": false,
"rpc-whitelist-enabled": false,
