I have: ULTRA 4, RAIDar 4.3.1, RAIDiator 4.2.16 WIN 7, IE 9. default language - Russian
Just install uTorrent v 2.0.00. Try to change settings i.e. destination folders, upload and download speed, etc. Unfortunately I can not save new settings due to buttons "apply" or "cancel" is not present. :oops: in settings window.!!!!.
