ldd utserver produces this for me:
ldd: exited with unknown exit code (126)
and ps -ef | grep utserver returns this:
root 23447 22411 0 09:10 pts/0 00:00:00 grep utserver
I'm confused - in your post above, where you say:

....which one do you mean - a 64bit version from somewhere else, or S-P's 32 bit version?
