Weird folder replication issue

Recently installed sabnzbd and sickbeard which worked very well for a while but all of a sudden the .sabznd download folder despite being visible via manual processing in sickbeard displays my media share instead of the files actually in it. I was able to test this by putting a word document in .sabnzd/Downloads/Complete and then finding it in Media/.
I really don't want to accidently start again and I don't understand how this could happen.

- I get the feeling that I've missed something really simple and everyone knows it except for me. :?
- So after about eight hours of playing around with it I discovered a few things.
ReadyNAS HD's are not EXT2 or 3.
The issue I was having was solved when I removed one of the hard drives and ran it in single disk mode. :slap: - The Duo does use EXT3, however the data volume uses EXT3 with a 16k block size.
