What happened to Orb?
Orb was one of the secondary reasons why I selected a ReadyNAS Pro 6 as my new NAS a couple of months ago. Unfortunately the joy was short lived: Orb was very unstable and producing a lot of exception...
I've been using Plex for about a week now and it's WAY better than Orb. Not only is it more stable (Orb would have had crashed at least 3 times by now), the presentation of your content is much more attractive. The iOS client is responsive and everyone just works, including fast-forward and -reverse.
So folks, stop mourning Orb - it wasn't as good as we remember it - and start using Plex.
