Yes it works fine with WhoCares (ReadynasXtras) package.
Super-Poussin PHP addon is very outdated and havent been updated for ages, so I really would recommend using WhoCares addon.
All other addons will work also fine with PHP 5.3 as they dont actually depend on PHP-addon, but PHP itself and its version ;)
