The problem with the php filesize is solved, yay !
The feature was a command in conf.php file in earlier version, thought to be the same in the last version (5.0), but it didn't work.
When searching in the ajaxplorer forum, in the latest ajaxplorer release, the same feature (AllowRealSizeProbing) is now available in access.fs, located in the global config - Extensions - Access, I just needed to check the "Real Size" as "Yes". The filesize instantly changed for the good one.
