Thanks for the info. Thought it was probably a large filesize issue. I've not used Xplorer to do any major copying as yet, but I do find it useful for remote access and deleteing files that refuse to delete under CIFS. So i've never run into the filesize issue. Having said that, to be on the safe side I made the adjustments.
