iscsi stored on the readynas is not a share, its a giant file that contains an image of the filesystem that you formatted when you attached your pc(s), ie likely NTFS.
in order to get data off the iscsi, you would have to connect to the iscsi volume with one of the PC's and copy it back to an SMB share on the readynas (or any other location).
there is no way to locally copy to/from the iscsi to a regular nas share, it has to go over the network via pc/mac.
you can use robocopy or drag/drop or whatever, but it will be done from the pc
