314 hard drive upgrade not working
I have a readynas 314 that originally had 2 x 4tb and 2 x 2tb.
i recently upgraded one of the 2tb's to a 6tb. when I swapped it out everything started rebuilding and it worked just fine.
Tonight I went to upgrade the second 2tb drive to a 6tb drive and now it is blinking degraded and nothing is happening.
It is not rebuilding itself or reformatting the drive.
I have no idea what to do and netgear is no help on the phone what so ever.

Do you have a backup of your data?
Have you checked the SMART stats of your disks?
Can you send me your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
