Are we going to see support from Netgear soon ?
if you want to install non supported programs on your readynas... i guess netgear's silence is telling you to "do so at your own risk" or possibly "get some linux skills" :) or both... either way you need to know how to give the jedi's the relevant info they need to be able to fix the problem mate... log files etc.... the readynas runs debian.... install ubuntu, have a play, once you are comfy compiling stuff and creating a build environment... then install straight out debian with no gui on a pc.... a throw away pc! :) and then have more of a play around!... it will help you greatly young skywalker.
