After Firmware Update Ready Nas214 Showing 0% free space and console page not getting, Please help to howw to solve this issue without loosing data.
Or give suggestion to how to take data from Ready Nas 214.We have another Brand new Ready Nas 424, with this any possible to solve problem.

Do you still have access to your data? Once your volume cap reaches above 80% performance degrades and this can be the cause you are experiencing issues with gettng into the admin page.
If you can still access the data via File explorer you may want to unload or transfer data to another storage or upgrade your current volume by changing into higher cap drives.
If you can't access the data anymore, I would strongly suggest to contact Support so they can assist you with this, Note though that they may ask for a Support contract.
You can transfer from your RN214 to RN424 by just making sure firmware are the same for both device and transfer your drives to it or use the backup manager if you have new drives in it. However, the 0% cap should be a priority so as to avoid any other issues to arise.
