If the NAS says 100 mbit, then that explains the 10 MB/sec cap. 100 mbits / 8 => 12.5 MB/sec. In practice you get less, in part because SMB is a "chatty" protocol.
Start by trying a different cable for the RN102, and maybe a different port in the router or switch.
If different cabling and different ports don't help, then contact support.
BTW, there's no way to force gigabit, the NAS has to autonegotiate it.
