Apply factory reset without total data erase

I've never tried it. I wouldn't do it w/o a backup!
If you do attempt it, save the configuration pre-reset, and restore it post-reset. As usual, don't hot-insert when you reinstall 3-6,as the NAS will wipe the disks if you do that.
