Backup Connection Error

Just to be clear... you can access the windows folders you are trying to back up from other Windows machines, but frontview backup fails on test connection?
Also did you try the backup anyway? Sometimes test connection fails but the backup works. BTW frontview help gives some useful hints on syntax (slashes, etc).
