I have the 2100 rack mount and would like to take advantage of the dual LAN on the device. Simply connecting both NIC's to the switch (A NTGR managed switch) will not do the trick I suspect. If you have multiple users, Teaming or NAS bonding improves the performance. However, it will not improve performance if you only have a single user.

I suggest that you need to configure LAG on the NTGR managed switch first before you connect the bonded ReadyNAS ethernet adapters.
