Power off.
Remove each disk in turn and test it using vendor tools on a PC.
I took each disk out, numbered it, and I'm now running them against Seatools. 3 of the drives (2 thru 4) are Samsung Hd501LJ. The 4th, which runs in the Drive 1 spot, is a 1 tb Seagate Barracuda 7200.1 . 2 of the 3 Samsung have passed the Long Generic test (non destructive) while the third is running now. Since I didn't have much on my NV+, if I'd be a bettin' man, I'd take the Barracuda as the one with the problems. If all the drives pass without failing, then it could be the power supply (of which there are many for sale on Ebay and Amazon). But I'm really hoping it's the A drive Barracuda.
Thanks for the reply.
