If it boots w/o the Barracuda, I'd just replace that drive. One reason for that is that SeaTools isn't finding the drive at all.
You should be able to hot-insert the replacement samsung into slot 1. The NV+ should detect the drive, and start a RAID resync (formating the newly added drive, and rebuilding the data volume from the other three disks).
