Cannot access to admin Page (RN314)

Same problem here with ReadyNAS 314. No more access to admin dashboard.

    Hi korianteri23,

     

    Let us isolate the problem.  Kindly answer the questions below:

     

    a. Are there any changes on the settings on the RN314 before the problem has occurred?

    b. Did you install/uninstall an Appon the RN314?

    c. Have you tried using another browser such as Firefox or Safari to access the admin page of the RN314?

    d. Have you tried using another PC/laptop to access the admin page of the RN314?

    e. Is the RN314 still detected on RAIDar?

    f. What is the current firmware version of the RN314?

    g. Can you still access the data stored in the RN314 via SMB or FTP?

    h. Do you have a backup of the data stored in the RN314?

    i. How many disks are inside the RN314? 

    j. What is the behavior of all the LED lights on the RN314?
