Cannot see Readynas remote Shares

Sorry if this has been covered before: - I have an XP at work and was doing fine accessing my share remotely. Then suddenly I can't: -
Now, I log in and the ReadyNas remote icon (bottom right of screen) remains grey, so I right click it again and click on "log in". Now it starts to flash blue and the Network leaf adapter icon comes up (with the little golden ball moving between two computers) - this is new too.
After a while thereadynas remote icon goes blue. I right click again and click on "connect to ReadyNas" and ithis throws up a explorer screen with usual address : C:\Documents and Settings\LV_User\NetHood\ReadyNAS Shares - Readynas shares icon.

HELP!!

Could it be my firewall back at home - i have a relatively new BT infinityhub
